Preston is 7! He started off his special day with his favorite breakfast, a sausage and cheese croissant (he hates eggs) and some fresh strawberries and apple juice.
And of course, he chose to wear his Jr. Jazz jersey on such a special occasion.
Mmmm....
After breakfast, Preston got to open his big birthday present, a red electric scooter.
That night we had our family over for a party.
He also got a REAL acrylic paint set, some canvases to paint on and a paper cutter (he is our little artist).
For his birthday dessert, he chose brownies and strawberries with ice cream (whew for me!;)
Since Preston's birthday fell on a Wednesday this year, he had his friend party on Friday after school since it was early out. He wanted to take his friends to Boondocks and play mini golf.

After Boondocks, we headed back to our house for Preston dinner of choice: corndogs, Cheetos, fruit and Capri Suns.
Followed by a tower of cupcakes (rainbow chip with orange frosting and sprinkles:)
Preston is such a great kid. He loves to help out around our house and do nice things for other people. He is very mature about life and he is driven, ambitious, and loves to earn money. He runs home from school and gets his chores done so he has lots of time to do the things he loves (play on his tablet, make art projects, play the Wii, play with friends, jump on the trampoline and play soccer). He is so creative and loves to be artistic and creative. He is so enthusiastic and he seeks for approval from others. He loves to make others happy and we LOVE having this ball of energy in our family.
