Unfortunately we were only able to go camping once this year, but we were excited to be going at all. We headed up to the Uinta's and camped at Shingle Creek. On Saturday morning, we packed up our lunch and fishing goodies and headed over to Mirror lake to go fishing for the day.
It was gorgeous!

But not much luck fishing...
The people next to us seriously caught close to 50 fish, and we caught NONE!
It was very discouraging, but we had a lot of fun and enjoyed the beautiful scenery!
Back at camp we did a lot of exploring. We took small hikes each day and found some cool treasures.
The boys are learning a lot about the outdoors and becoming good little campers.

A lot of packing/prep work, but we had a way fun weekend!
We love us a camping trip!
