Spencer hasn't been much of a performer thus far. He doesn't like to be in the spotlight and he's not very theatrical. But boy did he shine in his program! He sang every song with heart-felt emotion and he was SO animated and cute. He even added a few dance moves of his own.
(He's the second one in from the left on the middle row)
It was so fun to see him up there with all of his friends. I teared up several times and I don't know if it was more because I know how much Spencer has loved kindergarten and I am sad that he has to move on to the big first grade...OR... because his AMAZING teacher, Mrs. Wells is RETIRING!!! A lot of both I guess.
We have LOVED having Mrs. Wells and "I" am so sad to see her go! (a tear)
Great job in Kindergarten Spencer!!! His class voted him "Most likely to work on Wall Street" when he grows up. Hopefully he will live up to that:).
You did a wonderful job and you will do great in FIRST GRADE! We love you!

Way to go Spencer! I'm so glad to hear that he did so well in Kindergarten (he takes after his parents). That's hilarious that he was voted most likely to work on Wall Street!
I vote no to Wall Street because that takes him WAY to far away from his mother, but I see great success for him in the future and obviously I am not the only one. ;)
I just hope the regulators will leave Wall Street along enough so Spencer can make his millions....
He made it! I remember the posts about his first scary bus rides like they were yesterday! I think it's even emotional when you see him singing along with the program and really shining like you always knew he could. You get this thrilling emotion and that brings on the tears as well. How exciting for you guys. Wall street, do kindergarteners know about wall street? Golly, they are progressive over there. ;)
