On our way to Canada, we stopped to see Glacier National Park which was amazing (I will have to do an entirely separate post for those pictures). Then we drove to Waterton which is the North end of Glacier, but it's on the Canadian side.
This was us in Waterton. We stayed there one night with my brother Doug and his family. Doug rented our each of our families one of these cart thingys. They were so fun! We just pedaled along and we could cart our whole family around the town.
SURPRISE!!! This is the Anniversary Party. My parents are just walking in and they are seeing most of my family for the first time in 16 months!
Here my parents are cutting their cake. Happy Anniversary!
We had a couple of days to spend with my parents after the party so they showed us the sights of Taber, the city they lived in. This part of Canada is FLAT and it's all farmland. They are famous for their corn. So we got to check out some pretty cool farm equipment. This tractor is ENORMOUS!!! It's hard to tell how big it is in the picture. The wheels alone, were way taller than me. These kinds of tractors each cost MILLIONS of dollars. They've got a lot of corn to harvest! My boys loved riding in it. And Nate loved driving it!
My boys riding off into the sunset in their tractor.
Here is some of my family hanging out on a 4-wheeler at the farm. Is there a limit of how many people can ride at a time???
Left to right- Emily, Amberly, Brenda,Kami, Sue, Spencer, Preston, Matt, Blake, Aubrey, and Tanner.
It was a fun trip. Mostly because we got to hang out with my family. I love doing things like this with my family and we don't get together very often so it's fun when we do. And my parents loved seeing all of us. It was a fun surprise. And thanks to my brother Doug, who took all of these pictures for us. Nice photo skills!

How fun! I'm sure your parents really appreciated the surprise. It's always good to get together with family. I look forward to the Glacier National Park post. I STILL remember how beautiful that place was. I was only 11 yrs. old when we went there and I was floored.
Tell your boys that "I think their tractor's sexy."
Also, Nate I think you missed your calling in life and where's your cowboy hat?
Oh, I loved the pictures!! Some times I wish we lived in a place that would require a tractor, just so that we could take Owen on rides.....not actually do the work. :)
I love those carts!! Looks like it was a fun trip!
