Hanging out on the grass waiting for the walk to begin
Each family member is invited to take a balloon in memory of their loved one. That's a lot of babies!
Then we each wrote Addelyn a note and tied her notes to her balloons so we could send them away to her in heaven. Here is Spencer's... so sweet.
Preston's note to his sister
Waiting to hear Addelyn's name so we can release her balloons...
Up and away they go...don't stop til you reach Heaven...
A nice volunteer took our picture after the walk (it looks like I am hiding behind Nate but I really wasn't meaning to:).
After the walk we took the kids to play at the park. This was the first Saturday in a month that Nate was home with us. He has had school or been out of town for the last 4 consecutive Saturdays and it was SO nice having him with us!

Watch your fingers!
After the park we took the kids out to lunch, then hit the Dinosaur park in Ogden, and topped it all off with Jamba Juice. We had a really nice day together as a family. Although we are one short, I often imagine that she is skipping along behind us, giggling:').

What a great event. There is some hope and joy seeing all those balloons lined up in the hands of loved ones. And, the notes from the boys are priceless!
So sorry for your lose.

What sweet way to remember Addelyn. I'm glad you got to spend some good time together.
I told Bri this same thing. I was thinking of you on Saturday. I'm glad the weather was nice and you had some family time with Nate.
Love you!

I'm glad you were able to enjoy a beautiful day as you remembered Addy. It's ominous to see all those balloons and think of all the people who are missing little ones. That's quite a crowd. I'm glad Nate wasn't out of town for that day so you could share it together.
