Bear Lake

Some of our friends in our Ward invited us to their cabin for the weekend in Bear Lake (I promise we don't choose our friends based on their recreational property). We didn't really hesitate too long to say yes, without sounding desperate. We had a great time! Besides hanging around and watching the kids play together, we went on a hike up to a small lake in the area. It was such a pretty lake and a fun hike. Then on Saturday we spent the day at Bear Lake. It was Raspberry Days up there so it was CrAzY busy, but so much fun. The girls also spent some time (and money) at the craft fair:) And what would a trip to Bear Lake during Raspberry Days be without a Raspberry shake??? Mmmmmm... It was hard coming back to the real world but here we are. Thanks to our friends for a great weekend!

Sophie and Preston are madly in love with each other. Sophie kept calling me "Mama" up there and let me just say, that was fine with me! I couldn't have a cuter future daughter-in-law:)
